PERMEABILITY LINERS

SARANEX

One of the most used liners, SARANEX, is ideal for closing wines that are designed for fast consumption.

Permeability:
Oxygen 1,48 ± 0,04 [cm3/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]
Water vapour 0,429 ± 0,013 [g/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]

Maximum pressure: 2 bar
Storage of wine: 3 years

SARANTIN

The combination of materials used in the SARANTIN liner provides the highest achievable level of oxygen barrier that protects the wine content. SARANTIN is therefore ideal for wine that will be stored for a longer period of time.

Permeability:
Oxygen ~ 0 [cm3/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]
Water vapour ~ 0 [g/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]

Maximum pressure: 2 bar
Storage of wine: 7 years

SPARKLING

SPARKLING liner was specially developed for sparkling wines with an inside bottle pressure of up to 4.1 bar.

Permeability:
Oxygen ~ 0 [cm3/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]
Water vapour ~ 0 [g/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]

Maximum pressure: 4.1 bar
Storage of wine: 7 years

EVOH

The new PVDC free EVOH liner provides high sealing qualities and allows longer storage times.

Permeability:
Oxygen < 1 [cm3/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]
Water vapour 0,32±0,050 [g/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]

Maximum pressure: 2 bar
Storage of wine: 7 years

ACTIVE

Revolutionary innovation in wine bottling is an Active Liner, that binds and deactivates sulfur compounds (VSCs) produced due to oxygen penetration into the bottle thanks to liners acceptor layer, thereby preventing unwanted smells and thus preserving the freshness, flavor and aroma of the wine.

Permeability:
Oxygen ~ 0 [cm3/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]
Water vapour ~ 0 [g/m2 . 24h . 0,1MPa]

Maximum pressure: 2 bar
Storage of wine: 7 years
